my family and i did enjoy the proximity to universal studios, it was a short walk. the hotel offers a shuttle service, a nice option. the hotel do has good options for food, really helpful for quick meals. i did like the bar service, it was quick and friendly.
also some made weird noises, and that wasn't fun.

the hotel is situated perfectly for universal studios visit. citywalk is close too, it makes it very easy to access restaurants. the walk to the park is short, perfect.

the bell desk held our bags and gave good tips for visiting horror nights, specially danny i. our room included two separate sinks and rainfall shower. the hotel had a pedestrian bridge, it allowed for safe walks to universal.
the gym only had two working treadmills.

i had brunch at café sierra, the crab legs were a highlight. there was dim sum options available, it included barbecue pork buns. the staff steamed crab legs upon request, it was a nice touch.

the room was large enough. it included an extra bed. i appreciated the bottled water refill station in the lobby. the free shuttle service helped since i bought some heavier items.
the food was overpriced. the hotel itself felt overpriced. there was only one mirror in the bathroom. it was difficult for my party to get ready at the same time. this is why i will not stay again
